With a failing family member's health we needed a service to help with cleaning and taking some items to the dump. Jesse came and provided us our quote and came to provide the cleaning service. She went over and beyond <3 It was Elisa's first shift and you would never know as she was a pro. Don removed the items to take to the dump. All staff were respectful, empathetic and made this difficult time as easy as possible for us while providing a wonderful service. We could not believe how great everything looked following. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again! They provide additional services we would also access such as a laundry service and taking items to charity. We have an older, well lived in home with an enthusiastic puppy. This causes a few complications which were dealt with happily in a professional manner. We had an initial deep clean with Hannah, Robin and Carmen. We were very happy with their efforts. Hannah has continued to clean on a biweekly basis. She listened carefully to our special requests. She was able to complete everything quickly and competently. As an example, the hard water deposit in our shower required an extra lot of hard work.
