What is a Concierge Service?

A Concierge is a service that gets things done!

  • A Concierge helps busy people of all kinds to achieve a better work-life balance.
  • A Concierge takes care of particular activities that busy people don’t have the time, the desire, or the network of contacts to do themselves.
  • A Concierge is sometimes also called a personal assistant.
  • A Concierge assists clients by running errands for them, doing their shopping, arranging travel plans or event details, or even dropping off the dog at the groomer, and more!

Why use a Personal Concierge Service?

Think of a Concierge Service as the way to outsource all of your time-consuming, personal busy work!

Faced with a choice between hiring someone to perform a task, or doing it yourself, it’s often more efficient and even more cost-effective to outsource that work.

In addition, Concierge Services help to relieve stress by making sure important tasks are completed that you may have been missing in your busy-ness.  Fewer to-do’s on your list mean that your life will be a bit easier, and hopefully happier!

The service I require is not included in your list. Are you able to provide other services?

YES. Go To Girl Solutions is able to provide many other concierge and personal assistant services.

One would be hard-pressed to create an exhaustive list of all the tasks and projects that a Concierge can provide.

If you do not see your service listed, just ask!  Through our network of contacts, we will be able to find a way to have your tasks taken care of!

There is almost no request too strange. Whether you need a poodle skirt for the upcoming 50’s party at work, or to find an exotic pet veterinarian for your hedgehog, and just about anything in between, don’t be afraid to let us know what you require!  You might be surprised by what we come up with!

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes, we also have WCB coverage, are members of the Chamber of Commerce locally and BNI Platinum here in Lethbridge.

Do you bring any of the supplies and equipment for cleaning?

Yes we bring all the cleaners (eco friendly) and equipment needed for the job

Do you sub-contract any jobs?

Not for our regular services. All our cleaning, organizing, house/pet sitting and senior care is done by trained, insured and bonded employees. We do partner with technicians to provide carpet cleaning, window washing (outside) and handyman services. They are professionals with specific tools, training and experience in those fields.

What hours are you open?

Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm are our regular hours
After hours are available on an “as needed” basis

Where are you located?

We are in Lethbridge, Alberta we service the surrounding towns also. Travel charges are added for further areas.
